How It Works

One collective space. Seven culinary options. Inspired by European markets and food truck roundups we have created a modern day food hall. Seven different restaurant concepts, housed in modified shipping containers, will provide our guests with an eclectic mix of affordably priced, chef-inspired cuisine. Finally answering the age-old question, “where should we go eat?”

Explore your culinary options after picking up one of our twenty draft beers, classic cocktails, or affordably priced wines. Find us for a beverage at one of two large bars (main level and rooftop) or grab a seat in our lounge, dining area, or rooftop deck and one of our many cocktail servers will find you.

MiJo is a global noodle joint with a strong Japanese influence. Not to be confused with a ramen shop, MiJo strives to deliver fresh takes on international noodle and rice dishes – complex flavors with each bowl built to order. Bowls are offered in two directions: MiJo Udon (brothy, thick slurping noodle) or MiJo Rice (saucy, steamed rice) with choice of MiJo treatment. MiJo’s signature hot fried chicken is offered daily, along with a small selection of shareable appetizers, including MiJo Sushi. Brought to you from Bones chef team John DePierro and Michael Nevarez of Bonanno Concepts. Intended to be an offspring of Bones – chef Frank Bonanno’s Cap Hill noodle bar – MiJo is a more casual variation of the funky, eclectic noodle spot. MiJo offers unique bowls prepared with the same integrity and spunk, but for those eating with tighter time and budget constraints

Avanti F&B represents culinary think-tank for chefs to create gourmet dishes at affordable prices. Seven, self contained “restaurants”, all different thematically, are anchored by two large bars with a wide array of the best draft beer available, affordable wine and cocktails; paired with benchmark dishes. These restaurants will provide opportunity for both established chefs/restauranteurs to modify and enhance current concepts for more of a quick service model, and enable up and coming chefs to establish and execute a concept for a fraction of cost of a typical brick and mortar restuarant, in turn creating an incubator for chefs and restauranteurs; strength through a community of peers.

If You have a great concept you wish to bring to Avanti at the next available opportunity (we do mainly short term leases, from one to two years) please fill out the preliminary application (below).

Avanti has the largest Dogfish Head Craft Brewery presence in the state, with 10 taps featuring beers from the Dogfish brewery that pair best with the eclectic eateries that are opening for business in the Avanti space. “I’ve always been amazed at the passion Coloradans have for great beer and great food and I look forward to having a wide range of Dogfish Head’s off-centered ales being sold at Avanti” – Sam Caligione, founder of Dogfish Head Brewery.

Ten additional taps will rotate seasonally to feature the best Colorado craft brews, including showcasing beers from smaller, less established breweries.

House cocktails that will pair well with our eclectic mix of culinary options, along with the classics.
