chefAvanti F&B is elated to announce the addition of American Grind to the Avanti vendor lineup! American Grind started as a food truck in 2014 and co-owners Chad George, Kade Gianinetti, and Jared Schwartz have now decided to re-focus on the concept and serve up their responsibly-sourced hamburgers in a stationary location.

“We’ve seen tremendous enthusiasm around the American Grind food truck and what we did to promote sustainably sourced, high-quality food, and we are confident that Avanti will be a great platform to continue the momentum and introduce the concept to a wider audience,” said Schwartz. “People are more conscious than ever about what they eat and where their food comes from and this mentality shapes our menu. American Grind strictly sources from grass-fed and finished beef producers that embrace biodynamic agrarian ideals and push for more sustainable practices that not only better their herds but the ecosystem as a whole.”

American Grind is a 1950s drive-in inspired burger restaurant with a modern, locavore twist. All the ingredients at American Grind are sourced from Colorado and everything is made from scratch—from the pickles and ketchup to the buns and ice cream. They are working with local vendors including Sun Prairie Beef, The Rolling Pin Bakeshop, and Western Daughters. The menu features several meat and vegetarian hamburger options, an Iowa-style pork loin sandwich, organic hand-cut fries and three rotating flavors of ice cream, among other items. Everything on the menu will be under $15.
