Sister of Denver favorite Barolo Grill, Chow Morso is their Italian street food concept where they hand make their pastas daily! Truly delicious and from scratch cooking keeps us going back. They have quite a few great sauces for whatever strikes your current mood including bolognese and a light pesto, but just like us, The Denver Post just can’t get enough of this slow braised crimini mushroom sauce.
