Located in Denver, Colorado, Avanti Food & Beverage represents a culinary think-tank for chefs to create gourmet dishes at affordable prices. Seven, self-contained “restaurants”, all different thematically, are anchored by two large bars with a wide array of the best draft beer available, affordable wine and cocktails; paired with benchmark dishes. These restaurants will provide opportunity for both established chefs/restaurateurs to modify and enhance current concepts for more of a quick service model, and enable up and coming chefs to establish and execute a concept for a fraction of cost of a typical brick and mortar restaurant, in turn creating an incubator for chefs and restaurateurs; strength through a community of peers.
