This drink celebrates two of amazing local purveyors. For those who might be unfamiliar, kombucha is a non-alcoholic, lightly fermented, effervescent, probiotic tea beverage. Happy Leaf produces the cranberry lavender flavored one that goes into this cocktail. Check out their tap room over in Edgewater for a flight of their different flavors and go hungry since they also have amazingly delicious food. The other main component of this cocktail is a gin produced by Woody Creek Distillers in Basalt, CO. We think it pairs nicely with the kombucha since it too uses cranberry and lavender in its production, in addition to hand-picked juniper, citrus and a bevy of other herbs and spices.
